It was a terrible experience for my first time. Loretta is a racist lady that didn’t like me because I’m look like Indian. I explained to her that I’m not Indian and I’m Arabic. I was clean and cute with her during the horrible time. I asked her to treat me as I treat you. She refused and was so rude.
