Booked for a couples massage after she confirmed this would be ok and that it would excite her. We had to cancel the first booking but we told her well in advance and she was fine about it. We then booked her for the next day to which she agreed and confirmed. She didn't show up for the appointment, didn't reply to texts or answer the phone. Ridiculous.
